This map depicts Northern Minnesota lakes with DNR Mercury advisories.  Mercury advisory coverage was constructed by GLA personnel using the Minnesota Department of Health's 1999 listing of lakes with advisories for fish consumption, and lake polygons from U.S. G.S. 1:100000 Digital Line Graphs.  Subsection boundaries are from the Minnesota DNR.
